NEW STEP INSTALLATION TRACK ENSURES PERFECT FIT

Cardinal Pool Systems has created a unique new way to ensure that vinyl covered steps and benches fit perfectly on every installation using a ‘liner track’ that is drilled and bent to bolt between each step tread and riser of the Cardinal Steel steps. Made of an electro-statically coated extruded aluminum piece, the track eliminates the need for the traditional ‘step rod’ thus eliminating the need for rod clips and pockets. A vinyl ‘bead’ is welded to the back of the liner by the liner manufacturer which simply snaps into this new track. The new track can accommodate any shape or size step or bench. STONE COPING SUPPORT SYSTEM

Unique new system to support coping stones and pavers on swimming pools. The patent-pending system uses support bracing and a flange extension that forms a ‘tray’ which is poured with concrete. The system provides a 10” base for attaching stone coping or pavers and is poured at the same time the collar is poured—eliminating the need for a second bond beam or additional concrete deliveries. The weight of the coping stones is supported by a channel that is locked into the collar. This time saving system can be used with plastic cantilevered steps as well as with steel steps. PANEL LEVELERS FOR POOL WALLS

New feature option to for Cardinal’s steel pool wall panel system. The unique device is a combination of a C-clamp, bolt and leveling pad which mounts through the existing rebar holes at the bottom of each steel panel. The design enables builders to level panels by simply turning the bolt at each selected location. DOUBLE TRACK COPING FOR VINYL POOLS

This new coping has two separate liner tracks—one for the liner and a separate track for snap-in winter covers or other accessories.
