Schuylkill Haven, PA - Cardinal Systems Inc., manufacturer of steel and polymer wall pool panels, announced that Human Resources Manager Joanne Reddington was honored as the recipient of the HR Professional of the Year Award by the Northeast Pennsylvania Manufacturers and Employers Association (MAEA).

In 2009, Cardinal Systems acquired the assets of Quaker Plastics and offered employment to that company's employees. As the HR Manager, Joanne was a vital member of the team responsible for hiring and providing orientation to the new hires. She was also recognized for identifying the needs of senior management and recognizing the financial impact of changes in the HR world. In addition to her many HR duties, Joanne coordinates company events and is a member of the Safety Committee.
