Mr. Minton will be overseeing sales and new business development in his area for all the company's brands: Cardinal Systems, Caravelle International, LLC, Quaker Plastics, and Modern Pool Systems (MPS). Mr. Minton replaces Scott Maddox, who was recently promoted to Director of Sales, Pool Division for Cardinal.

Mr. Minton has over 30 years experience in the swimming pool industry, including pool installation and service and distribution management.
